Participants will be responsible for their own hotel arrangements. The following hotels are available on the campus of Utah State University and in the Logan area. Rooms have been set aside for conference participants at the hotels listed below. When making lodging arrangements mention the conference name and receive the discounted rate. Please reserve your room by June 2, 2008.

Parking arrangements for this year’s conference have been made for the football stadium parking lot. Attached is a map of the stadium and conference center. A shuttle bus will pick up at the stadium and drop off at the University Inn (which is just across from the conference center). This service is being provided by the conference and will not be an additional charge to participants. The shuttle will run between 8am-9am and again from 4pm-5pm, picking up approximately every 10 minutes. There will also be a regular school shuttle which runs from 9am-3pm and will pick up at the Veterinary Science building and drop off at the stadium approximately every 15 minutes. In addition, participants may park in the parking terrace for a charge of $7.50 per day (this is free for those staying at the University Inn).
