Dr. Schultz has a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado, and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at Utah State University. He currently serves as the Program Director for the Rehabilitation Counseling Education program, and coordinates the Rehabilitation Counseling Specialization in the Disability Disciplines doctoral program. Dr. Schultz also serves as the Associate Dean of Clinical Education and Community Outreach for the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services. His research interests include clinical supervision, counselor education, counselor professional identity development, and transition services for youth with disabilities. He is actively involved in both the Employability Clinic and Aggies Elevated program.
