M.Ed. with Administrative/Supervisory Licensure

A separate application to the Teacher Education and Leadership department is required for this program. Application requirements can be found here .

Level 2 teaching license in Utah required. Must have 2 years of certified experience before being admitted into this program.


The Master of Education with Administrative/Supervisory License degree program is designed for individuals pursuing administrative or supervisory positions in the public school system. The program combines the special education focus on refining school practices in terms of instruction and management practices, legal requirements, and professional collaboration with the knowledge and competencies of the Administrative/Supervisory Certificate Program.

Upon completion of your program the following items need to be submitted to the ASC office in order to complete your Administrative/Supervisory Licensure:

  1. Photocopy of the Educational Leadership: Administrative and Supervision Praxis Test (test #0411 or #5411)
  2. Official transcript with Master's degree posted
  3. USOE Licensing Application
  4. Resume
