Collaborative Early Childhood Special Education Program (Distance Education) (CECSEP)

The Collaborative Early Childhood Special Education Program (CECSEP: pronounced "see-sep") is an off-campus, distance education program that certifies educators to work with children from birth to age 5. There are employment opportunities both in and out of the state of Utah. These opportunities are primarily in preschools that serve young children with special needs (e.g. public schools, Head Start), and early intervention programs. Other areas of employment include: hospitals, private preschools and development clinics. Cyndi Rowland, Director
