LiLi is the Administrator of Extension Education International at Utah State University. She is an assistant professor with tenure track at the Extension Education of Utah State University. She teaches Chinese language and business Chinese at the Department of Language and Philosophy of Utah State University.

Ed Cancio is the special education director for Elementary School District #124, outside of Chicago, IL. Martell Menlove is the superintendent for Box Elder School District in Northern Utah.

Jill Morgan works for the Center for Persons with Disabilities, at USU, and the Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center and is also a research assistant professor.
