LiLi is the Administrator of Extension Education International
at Utah State University. She is an assistant professor with
tenure track at the Extension Education of Utah State University.
She teaches Chinese language and business Chinese at the Department
of Language and Philosophy of Utah State University.

Lourdes Gonzales works in Puerto Rico, where she
is coordinating a grant that she was awarded as a graduate
student here at USU. She is also department head at the
Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico Recinto de Guayama.

Rosa Milagros Santos (Amy) is currently working at
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign coordinating
the Early Childhood Research Institute on Culturally and Linguistically

Gregg Gassman, after teaching for a few years at the
college in Alamosa, CO, is moving to Ashland, Oregon to teach
at Southern Oregon University.
Martell Menlove is the superintendent for Box Elder
School District in Northern Utah.
Jill Morgan works for the Center for Persons with
Disabilities, at USU, and the Mountain Plains Regional Resource
Center and is also a research assistant professor. Jill does
interdisciplinary training, writes research reports, teaches
graduate level classes, and does inservice workshops. E-mail:

Cyndi Rowland is a research assistant professor and
the coordinator for the Collaborative Early Childhood Special
Education Program grant (CECSEP)
at the Center for Persons with Disabilities at Utah State
