Undergraduate candidates for graduation must have completed
the application process by having an application on file and
fees paid to the Cashiers Office. The application deadline
is October 15 for spring semester graduates and February 15
for summer or fall semester graduates. Late applicants will
be assessed a $10 late fee.
Students must complete the application process by sequentially
following these steps:
- Request application from the Graduation Office. The application
can be obtained in TSC 246 or
online.
- Carefully review instruction sheet for graduation application
instructions, signatures, deadlines, etc.
- Submit application to departmental advisor and college
dean for review and signatures
- Complete the graduation student survey Pay application
free of $10 to the Cashiers Office (TSC 226).
Helpful Hints:
1. Dual majors must have the appropriate signatures for each
major.
2. It is wise to begin this process two semesters before graduation.
This allows time to deal with unforeseen complications such
as missed classes or requirements.
3. Approximately one month is needed to complete the application
process.
